The best sources of vitamin D |
| supplementation is not natural. Exposing your skin (unprotected) to the sun or controlled UVB rays (like in a tannig bed) is the most natural and most efficient way for your body to produce it. The exceess units of vitamin D get stored in your fatty tissue for when you need it. Nothing beats getting some rays. And ...in northern latitudes such as north america, the sun is not always strong enough, especially between november to may. A viable alternative is the comfort of a tanning bed. As long as you are taking measures to avoid burning: i.e. careful with session time, special indoor tanning lotion use, such as Designer Skin Loltion and visit a trusted, clean and knowledgeable salon, such as Suntana. |
